Baux Pastry
Hi, I’m Martin Baux.
Originally from the South of France, I’ve spent the last 20 years perfecting my craft everywhere from small artisan bakeries to Michelin-starred restaurants.
After a stint in London, my wife and I settled in Amsterdam in 2015. We welcomed our daughter in 2021, and shortly after, I took the exciting step of opening my own business, Baux Pastry, in 2023.
Whether it’s a rustic classic or a refined dessert, I love bringing my lifetime of pastry experience to your table.
